Christ Statue of high value, made by an Italian company specialized in the casting of bronze and in the creation of funerary works of art. For this representation of the Blessing Christ we used the technique of lost wax casting, a technique of working with bronze known since ancient times consisting in creating a wax model, with a soul in terracotta, and use it for make a clay mold. By making two holes in the mold, one at the top and one at the bottom, the wax is heated and the molten bronze is poured into place. The result is a model identical to that of wax that will be subjected to the sanding of the surfaces and the finishing of the details.With this procedure, only unique statues are produced, since the loss of the wax model and of the clay coating is inevitable.The bronze statue can be exhibited both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor Jesus statue is colored with paints that allow it to resist even outside. Bronze, being a living material, over the years (if exposed to the outside) tends to become dark: this characteristic represents the beauty of bronze and gives it a special look with time.
