The customer service offered the fastest way of getting the one with right size and explained how to proceed to return and get it refunded. Excelente web. Hice tres pedidos. Dos de ellos me llegaron rápido y en perfecto estado. El embalaje mejor que bueno, no sólo estaban bien protegidos los artículos, sino que incluso algunos de ellos los regale en la misma caja en que venían a la que añadí un lazo y gustó mucho Algunos de los objetos eran frágiles y llegaron en perfecto estado. Con el tercer pedido no tuve suerte con el repartidor, pero la atención al cliente fue estupenda, como pocas veces ocurre. Volveré a comprar y la recomiendo sin reservas

The brass processional crucifix arrived in perfect shape. It is simply beautiful. Unbelievable quality. Most importantly, our customer service representative, Alessandra, was wonderful to work with. Our package was mistakenly sent to the wrong state by UPS, and she worked diligently to get us our item in a timely manner, all while being a delight through the whole ordeal.
