This statue represents the scene of the Pietà, with Mary of Sorrows clutching the body of Christ now lifeless and marked by the stigmata and the wound on the side. The dresses are decorated with gold-colored details and the base on which the scene rests imitates rock. The La Pieta statue is 17.5 cm tall. It is made of resin, a material that, compared to PVC, requires more delicacy in being handled but which in turn allows for a higher definition of lines and details.
