Bronze Statue of Padre Pio 80 cm for OUTDOORS. The fine work of art is made by an Italian art foundry specialized in bronze metallurgical processing and in the production of funerary items. The sculpture of Saint Padre Pio is realized following the technique of lost wax casting. A technique known since ancient times that consists in shaping a detailed model in wax, over a clay core and covered with refractory earth, which, melted the wax, will be used in the subsequent stages of processing as a negative cast in which to cast the bronze cast of the statue.
The statue can be exhibited both indoors and outdoors. The religious statue is colored with paints that allow it to resist even outside. Bronze, being a living material, over the years (if exposed to the outside) tends to become dark: this characteristic represents the beauty of bronze, giving it a unique look as time passes.
