Christ bronze statue of excellent workmanship made by an Italian company specializing in the manufacture of bronze and operating in the field of cemetery items.The technique used for this work is called lost wax casting. The process consists in creating a wax model that is precise in every detail, with a clay core, which will be immersed in a mold containing foundry sand. Once the sand is solidified, everything is overheated, so as to make the wax melt and let it out of shape. Subsequently we proceed to the casting of the bronze in the gap, and to the extraction of the solidified piece, which will be smoothed and finished in the last phase.With this procedure, only unique statues are obtained, given the irremediable loss of the wax model and the clay coating.The Jesus statue can be exhibited both indoors and outdoors. The statue is colored with paints that allow it to resist even outside. Bronze, being a living material, over the years (if exposed to the outside) tends to become dark: this characteristic represents the beauty of bronze, which with the advancement of time gives this product connotations precious and unique.
