Andrzej Rublev was the first who managed to represent in the icon of the most important dogma of Christianity: he took away Sarah, Abraham and the table and represented this moment with a cup, the one indicated by the central angel.
The great oak tree became a small tree. In this way all the temporal things have disappeared, and only the eternal things are left.
