Icon Jesus Teacher and Judge, traditional painted Romanian 50x32 cm. Icon depicting Jesus Christ Teacher and Judge, characterized by a half-length Christ in a triumphal and severe attitude, with a blessing hand and a hand holding the book, symbol of the Revelation of God that took place in Christ. His figure is surrounded by a very rich frame with turned columns and which houses three circles with angels and the Holy Father. The icon, which measures 50x32x2 cm. It is made on a wooden base on which the canvas is affixed with numerous layers of plaster which help to give body to the figures. It is possible that the icon has slight imperfections, which are to be considered a sign of high level of the craftsmanship. 100% hand-painted by a Romanian artist who follows the traditional iconic technique. The icon is delivered in an elegant blue velvet box lined with satin. It includes a certificate of authenticity and an information pamphlet on the history of the icon.
