Russian icon painted decoupage, Holy Family 10x7 cm.
Solid wood Holy Family icon made using the traditional Russian technique with cross beams, which avoids curvature of the wood over time.
The religious icon is drawn and painted by hand following the mixed method of painting and decoupage, the halos are colored with variations of pure gold.
