The icon presents various heads and figures of angels multiplied accordingly, typical of an iconographic elaboration of the subject of the XVII-XVIII century. In the lower register there is Romano represented in deacon robes standing on the ambo, during the liturgical celebration attended by the imperial court with a perspective that allows you to see both the exterior of the large multi-domed temple, and the interior where the appearance.
