The story of Giuseppe Migliavacca da Trigolo (Cremona), who took the name of Arsenio when he dressed the Capuchin habit, is a small story of ordinary religious life. Father Arsenio died just over 100 years ago in a small convent in Bergamo and witnessed the birth of a state (the Kingdom of Italy) and the death of another (the Papal State) while he was a priest in a of the most anticlerical areas of Italy. His personal history has experienced all the great contradictions of his time: the world was turning upside down and it was not easy to fully understand the changes taking place. Before dressing the habit of Saint Francis he was a diocesan priest and later a Jesuit priest. It took a few years and a lot of suffering before Giuseppe Migliavacca managed to find the place that had been reserved for him. When Friar Cappuccino succeeded in crowning his dream of recognizing the female congregation he had founded, the nuns of Mary Most Holy Consolatrice, he closed himself in the prayer of his cloister until the end of his days. His memory that was about to be lost forever was recovered by the nuns. Following the original indications "the sisters of Father Arsenio" have made their entire pastoral activity rotate around education. The heart of the institute is located in Milan, but has also spread far from Italy. Besides the main documentary, the DVD contains numerous extras including a film about closing the centenary with the card. Dionici Tettamanzi and a series of interviews deepen the historical figure of Giuseppe Migliavacca and testify the commitment and activities of the Istituto Maria Santissima Consolatrice.
