Via Crucis medal Twelfth Station silver alloy death of Jesus

Via Crucis medal depicting the twelfth station - Via Dolorosa.Christ, after being condemned by the people to crucifixion, had to walk this way, called the Via Crucis. It is an uphill road that at the time led out of the city where those condemned to the death penalty were killed. Jesus carried the cross along this way in front of all people, both those who despised him and those who loved and worshiped him. He endured this ordeal to save everyone's souls and it is a symbol of goodness. The twelfth station shows the result of the people's choice. Christ's death was the salvation of everyone's soul, both of those who loved him and trusted in his word, and of those who despised him. In this station three bodies can be seen attached to the crosses. In the center, we see Christ while on the right and left two criminals. One of the two experienced Christ's forgiveness first-hand by sincerely confessing his sins. From noon to three, darkness fell upon the earth and after a cry, Jesus exhaled and died. With his death the earth shook and those who stood guard wondered if he really was the Son of God.Part of the proceeds will be donated to safeguarding the artistic heritage of Jerusalem. This religious medal is made in Italy by the laboratory which produced the stations in Jerusalem and which worked for the Vatican.
