Sabina L.5/4/2021Wonderful. Put it where the light can illuminate the gold background and bring out the drama of the figures of the Crucified and St Rita looking at each other... Bought at same time as Sacred Heart of Virgin Mary (also against gold) and Isenheim altarpiece. Those are of course both fine art, whereas this is a devotional picture, much less subtle - but it has a wonderful way of grabbing your attention and emotion.
