This plexiglass crucifix reproduces a cross created by Giotto during his stay in Padua where he was working decorating the Scrovegni Chapel. The original crucifix is located in the Museum of Padua. The crucifix represents Jesus Christ with mother Mary and Saint John by his side. Under the cross, you can see the Golgota and Adam's skull dropping Christ's blood.
