When the humidity drops to 12-13% it is ready to be used. The drawing is first performed on paper and displayed on a wooden board.Subsequently the wood is carved with the help of chisels and gouges.In the first phase of processing it is roughed out defining the figures, then with other tools worked patiently until the complete realization of the image with all the details.All the young sculptors came out of the "Don Bosco" art school and received tools in order to create works with their hands.The Holy Family picture is made in Peru by local artisans.
