Jean-Marie A.2/28/2023I thought these sweets would be hard, and I was surprised to find out they are soft. To me the description is not quite precise enough. In the French description, I would suggest : Pate de fruit sous la forme de bonbons. The word Gomme is not precise enough, because one can find gommes which are much more solid. The term “pate de fruit” is exactly what these sweets are !
