Peccato però che il servizio spedizioni stavolta non ha replicato la sua impeccabilità che ho riscontrato nelle passate occasioni. Avevo acquistato di venerdì e ho letto che sarebbe stato consegnato lunedì dopo due giorni. Invece lunedì, niente. Ho dovuto contattare il negozio per sapere cosa era successo e mi hanno detto che c'era stato una incomprensione (stavo attendendo un ulteriore articolo che necessitava di altre settimane di lavorazione) e che avrebbero spedito subito. In effetti il giorno dopo c'era. L'incomprensione era perchè chi doveva spedire ha pensato di mettere insieme gli articoli senza chiedermi se mi andava bene. E se non chiedevo spiegazioni non mi avrebbero mandato l'articolo disponibile. Spero che in futuro questa cosa non si ripeta e che ci sia maggiore comunicazione post vendita. Resta comunque il mio negozio preferito che consiglierò a chi mi interpella.
