This Catholic ciborium is part of the Romanesque style collection, it represents the spiritual fusion of Europe, giving birth to the concept of Christianity.The base is decorated in relief, depicting the images of the 4 evangelists, the knot also decorated in relief, you can see under the cup, there are the 12 Apostles represented.The inside of the cup has been treated through the gold galvanizing process, thanks to which it is coated in 24-karat gold.In addition to the sumptuous design, this ciborium is particularly large, it can hold up to 500 wafers. The ciborium is 24 cm high, has a diameter of about 16.5 cm.This sacred vessel was created by the Spanish company Molina, great experts and renowned smiths of precious metals.
