The clay is first used in a handmade mould, then it is baked at incredibly high temperatures, over 1000°C.
The figurine is entirely handmade in every stage of the manufacturing process, and this helps to convey its minimal yet expressive style.
This is a high quality product, 100% made in Italy in the Centro Ceramiche Ave di Loppiano (Florence).

Der Brunnen erinnert mich an die Nasoni-Trinkwasserbrunnen in Rom. Er kann mit Wasser befüllt werden und macht die Krippenszene damit lebendiger. Bei eingeschalteter Pumpe entsteht ein realistischer Wasserstrahl. Das Geräusch der Pumpe könnte ein wenig leiser sein.
