Nativity statue made of terracotta and cloth depicting a standing shepherd carrying a basket of real moss in one hand and another basket on his shoulder. This shepherd statue is a fine example of Italian craftsmanship. 100% made in Naples, the capital of the Italian nativity tradition. The nativity figure is first made of terracotta and then painted and dressed in cloth. Each statue is unique because it is completely handmade by artisans and due to the limited availability of fabrics and colors. Adapted for a 12 cm nativity set, real height of the statue is 11.5 cm.
