TranslateSebastiano D.12/16/2021Meritano 0 stelle ma è Natale e voglio essere buono.. ordino il 1/12 spediscono giorno 7 dopo 3 giorni (altro che 24/48 ore ) in consegna, restiamo in casa ma non arriva niente l'11 risulta destinatario assente....!! Mando mail al servizio clienti e avviso che se non mi arriva in giornata non lo voglio più.. il 13 mi arriva mail da SDA che consegneranno oggi sul sito risulta disponibile per il ritiro presso il centro SDA.. 25 km da casa.. ovviamente ho rimandato indietro ormai è quasi Natale.. ma voglio concedergli il beneficio del dubbio per un eventuale futuro ordine ma sono molto deluso da Holyart e rattristato per non aver potuto fare il presepe quest'anno.
