Each character is completely hand-made, different and therefore unique. The figurines are extraordinarily detailed, charismatics and expressive.
Angela's statues have a complete body: this means that the character is created naked and then is dressed with clothes(unlike other statuettes where only hands, feet and head are completely sculpted).
You will be able to notice particulars like the tense muscles, tendons and expression wrinkles. While looking at these small pieces of art, you will realise you are looking at the history of a man or woman, "captured" in a particular moment of their life.
The shepherd has an astonished and tender look while looking towards Baby Jesus.
Even the lamb he is carrying on his shoulders seem to be enchanted by the Holy Family.
We would like to highlight the beauty of the hands of the shepherd: they are perfectly defined and are holding tightly yet delicately the paws of the animal.
