The artist is inspired by the antique Arab traditions, recreates the history and customs appropriately as a personal interpretation of the characters of the period.While the terracotta statues of traditional nativity scene are constructed from a skeleton covered with clothes to which the extremities are applied (head and limbs), Angela Tripi's statues have a completely formed body: they are moulded nude and subsequently dressed with fabrics and small jewels, details giving the statue an amazing realism.
