The terracotta statues of the traditional nativity scene are made from a skeleton covered with clothes to which the extremities of the limbs (hands, feet and head) are applied.The statues of Angela Tripi have a fully formed bodies, they are modeled naked in terracotta and then later covered. Often details emerge clearly such as tense muscles, defined fingers, and expression lines. The terracotta statues are all painted and handcrafted in Angela Tripi's atelier in Italy.
